About Inger

Inger Frombach, Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC # 2509)

Inger is a clinical counsellor with over twenty years of experience helping individuals deal with the challenges of living and healing from the inevitable wounds of human being. She has a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

Inger works collaboratively and holistically with individuals to help them achieve positive personal growth and lasting inner peace. Inger has foundational training in cognitive-behavioural and humanistic-existential psycho-therapy and extensive additional training in: grief counseling, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, narrative therapy, EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, self regulation therapy, trauma recovery and equine guided counselling.

Inger considers it a great honour to work with individuals to release the wounds and traumas of the past and find relief from psychological suffering in order to increase wellbeing and meaningful engagement with authentic vibrant living.

Inger’s greatest joy in life is her amazingly talented wise and kind adult children, a loving family just dysfunctional enough to be interesting and deep connections with true friends. She loves horses, and has a radical fondness for travel, new adventures, nature, contemplative traditions, poetry, hiking, camping, and wooden canoes.
